Privacy Policy

Addu Cloud provides automated Facebook comment moderation for pages you connect. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
1. Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, authentication data).
- Facebook page identifiers, names, and access tokens you authorize.
- Comment content and metadata required to classify, hide, or delete comments.
- Moderation actions, overrides, audit logs, and configuration settings.
- Usage data for performance, reliability, and security.
2. How we use data
- Provide and improve AI moderation services.
- Execute your instructions to hide, delete, or restore comments.
- Generate analytics and automation health alerts.
- Secure the platform and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet compliance requirements.
4. Disconnecting pages
- In the Addu Cloud dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
- Select the Page you want to disconnect.
- Choose Disconnect to stop moderation and revoke the Page token.
You can also revoke Addu Cloud in Facebook Business settings. Once revoked, we stop receiving new data for that Page.
5. Data deletion requests
To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@aimoderate.ai with your account email and the Pages involved. We will confirm your request and respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging to protect data. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be authorized to manage the Facebook Pages you connect.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- You must provide accurate, current information.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or access data you do not own.
- Do not resell the service without written permission.
4. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee that every comment will be classified correctly or that the service will be uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addu Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or legal compliance needs.
